  • Technical issues preventing access to learning materials for more than 72 hours
  • Duplicate enrollments or billing errors
  • Medical emergencies with supporting documentation
  • Significant changes to course content or structure after enrollment

Please note that requests must be submitted through our official channels and include relevant supporting information. We review each case individually to ensure fair treatment while maintaining program integrity.

Refund Amount Structure

Our refund structure reflects the value you've already received from our programs. The amount depends on several factors, including timing and course completion status:

  • Full refund: Requests within 14 days with less than 10% course completion
  • 75% refund: Requests within 30 days with less than 25% course completion
  • 50% refund: Special circumstances after 30 days with minimal progress
  • No refund: Course completion above 50% or requests after 60 days

This structure ensures fairness for both students and auraviontrex while accounting for the resources invested in your learning experience. We calculate completion based on module progress and assignment submissions.

Processing Methods & Timeframes

Once your refund request is approved, we process payments back to your original payment method. Here's what to expect:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds: 2-3 business days for processing
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days for international transfers
  • Digital wallet refunds: 1-5 business days varies by provider

We'll send confirmation emails at each stage of the process, including when your refund is initiated and when payment is dispatched. If you don't see the refund within expected timeframes, contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary.

  • Medical emergencies affecting ability to complete coursework
  • Job loss or significant financial hardship with documentation

For these circumstances, we may offer partial refunds, course transfers, or extended access periods instead of standard refund terms. Each case receives individual attention, and we work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

Group Enrollments & Corporate Programs

Corporate and group enrollments follow modified refund terms that account for bulk pricing and organizational commitments:

  • Individual participant withdrawals: Pro-rated refunds available
  • Partial group cancellations: Refunds calculated on remaining participants
  • Full program cancellations: Refund terms based on advance notice period
  • Corporate account changes: Flexible transfer options available

We work closely with organizational contacts to ensure smooth transitions and fair refund calculations. Corporate clients receive dedicated support for managing participant changes and billing adjustments throughout their program period.
